Join Arizona Party Rental as an Event Planner and Rental Specialist.
We’re part of the fast-growing and exciting party and event rental industry, and recently nominated as a Finalist for “Best Place to Work” by the 2009 Wells Fargo Copper Cactus Awards.
Arizona Party Rental offers a vast range of rental products for weddings, festivals, corporate events, trade shows, parties and any special occasion. We stock thousands of items from tents, tables, chairs, china, glassware, linens, lighting and catering equipment, to staging, dance floors, wedding items, and much more. Our professional team provides a wide variety of services, including event planning assistance and event design. The position includes being the front line of contact with customers, answer phones and emails, write proposals, present our extensive rental inventory, plan events, design table arrangements, handle rental orders and transactions, and consult with customers.

Skills / Requirements
# Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively in-person and on the phone,
# Must have basic math aptitude and be proficient in written and spoken English,
# Solve problems with appropriate solutions,
# Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows,
# Must have great attitude and a strong work ethic,
# Detail oriented, organized and highly motivated,
# Have clear understanding of the demands and pressures required to succeed in a service intensive business,
# Be a team player and be able to work when needed on Weekends,
# Ability to lift approximately 10 to 40 pounds,
# Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
Important Notes
Background in Hospitality, Event Services and Sales Experience are preferred and definitely a plus!
Hours may increase in busy season and decrease in the summer season.
