Description: Temecula Creek Inn offers the Temet Grill Restaurant, a championship golf course, a place for intimate gatherings or a grand even all this set in the soft rolling hills of Southern California’s wine country.
Under the direction of the Catering Manager, the Wedding Assistant will provide administrative support and aid in coordinating the functions for weddings and catering events.
This position is located at the Temecula Creek Inn
•Manage and prequalify client inquiries in regard to potential bookings.
•Greet and assist clients and office visitors.
•Prepare and distribute Catering paperwork, including Banquet Event Orders.
•Communicate to appropriate departments, any last minute changes to Catering events.
•Assist in coordination of wedding events.
•Accommodate special customer requests, ensure that times, dates and rooms are correctly communicated and confirmed.
•Provide support at wedding and catering functions.
•Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Excellent communication skills. Clerical/administrative experience a must. Computer literate:Delphi knowledge preferred but not required. Enthusiastic, outgoing and friendly, professional image. Hotel/Hospitality, wedding planning experience highly desired.
This is a part time position: Flexibility in schedule required.
