The Bridal business at William-Sonoma and Williams-Sonoma Home is a critical segment that impacts all business categories and channels of the brand. This position serves as the lead coordinator of the bridal department at Williams-Sonoma, and is responsible for marketing our registry program to our target brides and gift givers and ensuring that the program runs smoothly and competitively. As Manager, Bridal Registry your responsibilities will include: Oversee daily operations and issue resolutionServe as the owner of all Bridal communications including marketing to bridal leads, new product launches, and registry updates
# Ensure consistent supply and accuracy of registry collateral
# Field operations: lead field organization through regional bridal captains and store specialists
# Serve as the coordinator of Bridal events including communication, logistics, and execution with stores and bridal expositions
# Manage vendor relationships relating to registry partnerships
# Support project related initiatives across all Bridal Programs
# Manage bridal budget and forecast
# Report on bridal performance to senior management and vendor partners Managing ongoing improvements
# Maintain strong business relationships across all channels of the WS and WSH Brands, WSI, and external partners
# Support and execute strategy to drive additional foot traffic to WS stores and i-bridal site
# Support and manage strategic partnerships with industry leaders to communicate WS authority and build brand awareness in the Bridal community
# Grow bridal awareness through print advertising initiatives with Martha Stewart Weddings, InStyle Weddings, and regional print publications and online advertising initiatives with The Knot, The Wedding Channel, and Brides.com
# Develop programs to interact with Brides at relevant times to grow lifetime spend of all WS Brides through their life stages
# Drive visual enhancements in-store to call out registry services by partnering with visual teamStrategic Planning
# Recommend and support strategies to support aggressive business growth while maintaining fiscal responsibility
# Provide support in driving strategic change and identifying potential business opportunities relating to Bridal for Williams-Sonoma and the entire corporation
Job Requirements
# 3 – 5 years experience in retail
# Proven ability to work effectively with business managers and cross functional teams; team player with demonstrated ability to keep projects on time and on budget
# Strong analytical skills (Excel expertise a must)
# Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills – verbal and written
# Demonstrated history of proactive, self-motivated project management experience
# Bachelors Degree
