Position Summary:
To creatively upsell all hotel features and highlights and to ensure that value paid is value received, not only in product, but in service and in ambiance. Essential functions include, but are not limited to: solicitation of direct-selling in the local catering market; providing catering services for social events held; communicating with clients prior to catered events; and to initiate, negotiate, and close contracts for all catered functions.
Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, strong organization skills and at least 3 years of previous experience in the local corporate market, Delphi, and wedding planning. Experience in an upscale Hotel/Resort and certification as a wedding planner preferred.

Primary Purpose:
Develops, sustains and grows new and existing advertising revenue for MSW franchise (print and digital).
Develops compelling advertising programs for clients regardless of media platform to drive revenue and profit.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages day-to-day sales activities and grow revenue on assigned accounts.
Manages opportunities and creates strategies to achieve revenue targets for assigned region.
Manages client direct relationships.
Prospects and develops new business categories within assigned accounts.
Develops a solid working knowledge of all MSW assets and develops solutions for assigned accounts.
Develops understanding of client objectives and goals, and properly articulates to MSO Sales and Marketing.
Works with Marketing Department and clients to develop value-added proposals and promotions.
Develops and maintains excellent external relationships with clients – both agency and advertisers.
Provides timely and accurate forecasts and adopts company systems for CRM, estimating, marketing.
Manages T&E and adheres to company policy.
Required Skills:
An emphasis on and success in digital sales within the last three years is a must.
Should have minimum 10 years sales experience.
2-3 years online experience preferred.
Digital experience required.
Print experience optional.
